Reporting a calculator issue
To make a calculation report easier to reproduce, include:
- the calculator name and exact WorkHoursKit URL;
- the non-sensitive values entered;
- the result displayed and the result you expected;
- the browser or device if the problem appears to be technical; and
- a short explanation of why you believe the result or interface is incorrect.
Corrections
Calculation and content issues are reviewed against the formula, page assumptions and available source material. Confirmed material errors may be corrected in the calculator, example, explanatory text or source link. See the Editorial and Corrections Policy and Calculator Methodology and Accuracy Policy.
Privacy requests
Privacy requests should describe the request and the relevant interaction with WorkHoursKit. Reasonable verification may be required before personal information is disclosed, corrected or deleted where applicable. See the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices page.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank or card details, medical records, government identifiers or confidential employee records. When reporting a calculator problem, use sample or non-sensitive values whenever possible.
