Calculator entries

Calculator values are designed to be processed in the browser. WorkHoursKit does not intentionally send calculator field values to its own server unless a tool clearly says otherwise. Do not enter passwords, government identifiers, banking data, medical data or confidential employee records.

Information that may be processed

  • Email address and message content you voluntarily send.
  • IP address, browser, device, operating system, language, timestamps and requested URLs.
  • Approximate location derived from IP address where used by service providers.
  • Cookies, local-storage identifiers, consent records and advertising identifiers where enabled.
  • Traffic, referral, engagement, performance and diagnostic information.

Blogger and Google services

Advertising and Google AdSense

WorkHoursKit may display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit, personalize and measure ads based on visits to this and/or other sites, subject to applicable law and privacy choices. EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland

WorkHoursKit does not intentionally sell calculator field values or contact-message content for money.

Retention and security

Directly controlled personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

WorkHoursKit is a general workplace-calculation website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit sensitive personal information through calculators.

This policy may be updated when services, practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
